Class and Trainer Weekly Schedule
**Remember, classes are capped at 15 people, so if you decide you can't make it be sure to take your name off as soon as possible so others can sign up. Classes have a 2 athlete minimum! There must be two athletes in a class or it will be canceled. Also, you must sign up 90min prior to class beginning to ensure someone will be there to coach you.
