Bodyweight Pick Your Poison

Assign each of the exercises below a number of reps (1 - 10):
Burpees
Push Up
Pull Up
Lunges
Jump Squat
Sit Up/T2B/K2E
HSPU/Wall Walk/Pike Push Up
Grasshopper  
Stop Sign Run
Ring /Parallette Dip


*This WOD is done like the 12 days of Christmas WOD. Example: If I assign 1 rep to the stop sign run, 2 reps to the ring dips, and 3 reps to HSPU…ect…my WOD will be:
1 Stop Sign Run
2 Dips + 1 Stop Sign Run
3 HSPU + 2 dips + 1 Stop Sign Run
(ect)

*You will do the most total reps of the exercises that you assign to the “middle” rep numbers – so be cautions of what you assign to 5 and 6

Thanks Lea for a another fun one.  I finally did a WOD with pull-ups without bands.  Pull-ups were my 3 reps so, 27 of them without bands!
