Liz N 9:22am So glad you liked them! Meyer lemons are my fave, especially if they come from my mom's yard in California. If anyone else wants some, I'll bring in more tonight. Makes great lemonade, stuffed in a chicken or lemon bars ;-)!

CFP I know we ask this a few times over the year, but here it is again. Why do you CrossFit? There are quite a few who do it to help us excel at other sports and recreation that we love. The photo below was taken of our very own Deloss. This is a race Deloss participated in near Boise ID. 117 miles and 7 hours of racing. Quote from Deloss 'I think it was the hardest thing I've ever done.' Awesome Deloss!
