Here's the 'Skinny' on the RMB Challenge wrap up! Jackie, post challenge WOD will be programed all class times on Thursday and offered again Friday morning at the 0930 and 1030 classes. Kyla and I will also be available during those class times to do final weigh-ins, measurements and post challenge photos! The points on the nutrition Log will continue until Sunday evening as usual! Scott is out of surgery, doing well. 'Just' a small tear, so that is good news! Doc says 4-6 weeks recovery.

Week 5 RMB scores are posted! As a point of reference, people with a Week 5 Total score of 595 or higher are on track to earn all of their money back! People with a score of 439 and higher are on track to earn half of their buy in cash back! The last day of meal logging is on Friday, May 25 make these last few days count!
Also, a heads up for the Saturday WOD...Since Monday is Memorial day we will be doing the Hero WOD Trevor on Saturday! This is a 4 person team wod, so it should be another fun Saturday morning!...As always we will scale and use modifications if needed so feel free to bring guests as usual...and leave your whining at home!
