Also, a heads up for the Saturday WOD...Since Monday is Memorial day we will be doing the Hero WOD Trevor on Saturday! Hey all! Crossfit has definitely made an impact on me. Just got back from deploying to Chicago for the NATO Summit with my Disaster Medical Assistance Team. Got tagged to lead a workout and made up a WOD on the fly. I will now dub this my ''NATO WOD'': 4 rounds for time of 10 each, frog jumps, burpees, grasshoppers, and scissors. Not the most creative but it got the job done in the space we had at the hospital. There was much whining during and after...my goal was met and my work there is done:)
