| Keith 10:47am Kevin in the 5 pm! Nice!

Kevin 11:05am yea, got stuck in meetings, hitting the late class with you crazies today!

Chad H 11:58am not to self..do not use inhaler while driving..blacked out could not see anything..body started shaking..finally came too near the king soopers on lincoln..was short but wow was that scary..

Liz N 12:14pm Whoa, Chad, that's too scary! Hope you are OK now. Was it an asthma inhaler? Thank goodness you were able to regain your bearings!

Chad H 12:43pm yes, i have exercised induced asthma..thanks Liz

Rick 12:45pm Jeez man, that sounds scary. Glad you didn't wreck. Whats in that inhaler? You huffin spray paint or something?

Keith 12:46pm i looked at the reebok link to the left and there are no mens oly lifting shoes...also, when buying lifting shoes, do they fit like regular shoes or do i need to go half size up or down? Rick, i might finally have to pull the trigger on buying a pair...

Matt V 12:55pm Damn Chad, that is scary.

Keith 12:55pm Glad you are okay Chad!

Liz N 12:58pm Keith, I have Do-Wins, and when I ordered mine, they said to order it true to your shoe size. They did feel like my regular shoes, except the velcro strap makes it feel more snug, which is okay for lifting shoes. I'm not sure about other companies that make lifting shoes...Eric has the Nike lifting shoes and he loves his.

Rick 1:03pm Keith, i'll believe it when I see it. My shoes were true to size. I wear a size 19 Do-Wins

Kevin 1:08pm Keith, Rogue fitness has a sizing chart on their site. I put my foot on a piece of paper, traced the outline of it, and measured it exactly. I ordered the shoes based on that measurement, and they fit perfectly. I got the rogue lifting shoes (last year's model on sale)

Chad H 1:33pm @Keith love my Do Wins..and would recommend them any day

ryan l 2:12pm Chad, glad you are alive! Keith, most websites will give you recomendations. There are usually two types of shoe tips or toe fronts; box shaped or pointed. My first Do Wins were pointed and true to size, second pair boxed and 1/2 size smaller. Point to story read carefully or call.

Edie 7:33pm Chad, sorry but the NP in me just kicked in. Was that an albuterol inhaler or something over the counter? Has that ever happened to you before? Did you have any caffeine around that time? I'm being nosy because my next comment is GET IT CHECKED OUT!

Rick 7:55pm Nice to meet you Brian. Thanks for the good guidance on the lift.

Matt G 8:22pm Keller, wow 3:09! That is very impressive (and I am rarely impressed). That is one of the fastest 1000m I have seen. I think you may have found your specialty. Great work.

Kelly 8:35pm Yikes, Chad!! Glad you are ok.

Scott H 8:39pm Damn Keller, that is awesome!

Matt G 9:34pm Keller, here is your comparison chart: www.concept2.com/us/racing/records/all_records.asp

Sarah R 9:39pm Kevin, I forgot to leave me email for the food info., it is sarahjo5@msn.com
