RMBC- I need help w veggie ideas for breakfast and snacks.  I have the salad thing down for meals but what veggies are you guys eating for snacks and breakfast?  Maybe that was a typo and it meant to say Veggies or Fruit every meal???

Scott H 8:42am
Sorry Sean, had to cancel the 930. Plenty of room in the 1030.

Scott H 8:51am
No typo Deloss. Think vegetable tray. Cut up carrots, broccoli, green beans, cauliflower, etc. Pull from the tray at every meal or snack. Cook with veges, fill those carb block's with all the veges you can.

Lea 9:19am
@Deloss- I posted some of the things that I do on the RMB tab...I think everyone else should join in! The best tips and tricks that I've learned have come from others experiences! That ''Vegetables in every meal'' bonus point is a tough one to get...that's why its a bonus and not a penalty point! =)

Kevin 9:59am
@deloss, not sure on the ingredients (i think its paleo), but how about low sodium V8?  Nothing like v8 and a few prunes to hit those carb blocks..

Sean 10:00am
No worries Scott!! See you at 10:30

Deloss 10:13am
@Kevin...good idea...that's almost like cheating.

Kevin 12:02pm
@deloss, also, for breakfast, i usually make a shake with frozen strawberries and blueberries and load it with spinach, tastes great, but the color is a but off putting

Amanda P 1:05pm
If you throw up your cheat meal shouldn't that mean it doesn't count? ;)

Kim P 2:43pm
I hardly ever so just one veggie if I have to eat more than one block. I tend to eat a ton of peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, and cooked broccoli.

Deloss 3:34pm
@Kevin...are those sweet potato hashbrowns in your photo?

Kevin 3:40pm
@deloss, yea, i was trying to make sweet potato latkes.  I think i was using this recipe, http://everydaypaleo.com/2011/12/22/sweet-potato-latkes/, but I leave out the cinnamon and added garlic, I like it savory.

Amanda P 7:17pm
Deloss, my new go-to veggie snack is orange bell peppers with turkey slices. Super yummy. Also the spinach in smoothie is awesome. Can't even tell its there.

Liz N 8:31pm
Gotta love the 'Dead Bug' warm up...always exciting to learn something new! Thanks Ryan!  Great job Pablo for making those 34-inch box jumps look so easy.  I haven't had my hands rip in over a year...ugh! Strong finish, Pat! Nice work everyone.

For in this hope we were saved. Now hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience.

Alicia 1:06pm
@Ryan-So are you for or against shin guards when it comes to box jumps??

ryan l 7:34pm
I think it is all up to your shins!  Do your shins like eating the box?  If so, then maybe give them a try!  Or learn to jump high enogh to clear the box.... Let me know what happened.

Liz N 8:17pm
What happened to the 7pm class on Thursday?? Please bring back 7pm class(es)! :-)

Alicia 9:14pm
All I'm saying is I think you should consider bumpers for the boxes....  :)
