Get your Flack Jacket or find a 20# vest, because Monday May 27th is Memorial Day and CFP will be honoring our fallen with 'MURPH'.

'MURPH'

*Wearing a 20lb vest or body armor

- 1 Mile run to start
- 100 Pull-ups
- 200 Push-ups
- 300 Air squats
- 1 Mile run to finish

To get registered follow these seven steps:
1.Follow this link to the registration page: http://www.forgedclothing.com/mdm
2.Select the appropriate t-shirt.
2.Complete the checkout process.
3.Review the workout posted above, start training.
4.Wake up with a purpose on May 27th before 0930.
5.Finish the workout with your CFP Family (modify it if you need to, but make sure you have to work for it.)
6.Enjoy the day with family and/or friends and remember those deployed.

*Registration on the FORGED page is not a requirement to join in on the WOD.  However, it is HIGHLY recommended!  It goes to a great cause!!

@Ryan-So are you for or against shin guards when it comes to box jumps??

I think it is all up to your shins!  Do your shins like eating the box?  If so, then maybe give them a try!  Or learn to jump high enogh to clear the box.... Let me know what happened.

That was a great Saturday WOD. Lea is one sneaky mo-fo, adding that delay run at the end. I didn't think I had anything left in the tank by the end. Good one Lea!

Thanks Lea. Ya I seen that big smile on your face when you announced the last  relay! Ha ha ( there were too many people there or I  would of started crying like a baby) . The only thing  worse  would of been if you would of made us run  backwards! Janelle thought it was great to work out today, I told her she's nuts! Reba you're amazing, 6 days and so soon! Keep up the good work!
