Liz N 8:09pm Great work everyone! I love seeing a 3 way tie for2nd place! Lea, for someone who didn't have much energy going in, you did great! Isn't that a PR for you?! Ryan, I think the warm up really helped with loosening up for the front squat. One of my favorite warm up exercises to date.
