I heart this woman!  We're so lucky!  For anyone looking to sign up for the MBS Turkey Challenge, it's full.  If you want to enter, send Pat Burke an e-mail and your name will go on a standby list.  I have sent my name in as standby for the 40+ group (GASP!).  Not sure I'll be able to compete but it's out there!  Scared to death!

Great work everyone!  I love seeing a 3 way tie for2nd place!  Lea, for someone who didn't have much energy going in, you did great! Isn't that a PR for you?! Ryan, I think the warm up really helped with loosening up for the front squat. One of my favorite warm up exercises to date.
