Kyla Starting today we are going to start a month long progression in strength. This months programing is designed to increase our strength while at a minimum maintaining our other skills. Our end goal is to complete CrossFit Total the first week of October and have significant increase in our numbers and form! To make this happen we have to commit ourselves to getting in here and getting the work done. Here we GO!!
