Update:  Scott and the South Metro Fire FF Combat Challenge team just recieved a 1st place finish in Vail!  Way to go guy's!  

Good news: Lea's team finished 30th out of 315 teams, pretty darn good!  Bad news Lea is on her way to get an X-ray of her foot.  Keep her in your thoughts and prayers!

Okay quick update,  Colorado Open after Day 1, Jered 54th, Jon 36th, Favero(SMAC) 12th, Heather Szabo(SMAC) 74th, Stacie 69th, Juli 26th, Molly(SMAC) 17th, Emmalee 12th.  Everyone did a fantastic job today!  Ryan and I were so proud of everything you put out there.  Push hard tomorrow and everyone else keep them in your prayers.

Lea had an ankle injury in her second leg and ended up having to limp run through 3 miles so she is out for the rest of the race.  Before her injury she was kicking butt!  Great job Lea and way to endure the pain for THREE miles!!  Amazing strength!!

Scott's individual time was 2:02!  Strong work Scott!!  Good luck tomorrow in the team event!!

Good job Scott and everyone participating in the open...Way to represent! My team finished the relay around 5:30 PM this afternoon (we started at 3:15 PM Friday). It was a good time, and I felt awesome...until mile 2.5 of my second leg (3 miles is a long way to limp). As much as I was dreading it, I had a awesome time, and we're already talking about next year! I was sporting my CFP swag and met several fellow CF'ers along the way! Can't wait to see you all at the box...hopefully I'll be able to heal up get back to wods sooner than later!
